SECONDARY ACADEMIC INFORMATION
The course is for students from Secondary 1 (12 years +) to Secondary 4 (15 years +). Through this course, students will acquire the skills the knowledge of the Singapore syllabus, specifically in English and Mathematics. During the learning course of Secondary 1 and Secondary 2, students will receive training for the O Level Programme and be eligible to sit as private candidate.
At The School Inc, Singapore syllabus is integrated into the school’s academic curriculum. All our classes are conducted in classrooms.
Course Duration:
1 year (January – December) – following Singapore Academic Year
(with breaks in June and December)

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ) |
1. What is the level of students that TSI offers? |
TSI offers programmes from Primary 1 to Secondary 4. Enrichment classes for pre – schoolers in small group are also available. |
2. What is the nationalities of the students enrolled? |
We welcome students of all races and nationalities. Some of our students are from from Philippines, Indonesia, India, Myanmar, Vietnam, Malaysia and a few more. |
3. When does classes begin? |
We follow the Singapore academic year and begin classes in January and end them in December. |
4. Will my child receive any form of documentation for their education? |
Yes, for every term the students will be receiving a report of their programme as well as the examination marks awarded when they sit for the scheduled exam. |
5. What syllabus is TSI covering? |
TSI offers education based on the Singapore Syllabus in the local school system. |
6. Do you have Student Care Services? |
TSI works with a service provider for after – school care, tuition and enrichment. Student care services are available at a discounted rate for our students. |
7. Do you support if I would like for my child to try to get into the local school? |
Yes, we do. As our syllabus is based on the Singapore syllabus, it will assist the students to be familiar with the school system syllabus. We also support for students who would like to sit for AEIS or CEQ classes. |
8. What kind of passes for students do you accept? |
We accept all students with valid passes. Currently our students are holding PR, DP and LTVP. |
9. Do you have plans to register the school to be accredited? |
Yes, we will submit for registration once we have reached the required number of students of minimum 50 students. |
10. Will you have plans to have a permanent location? |
Yes, we do once we have attained the minimum of students. |
11. Why are your School Fees so low? |
We try to make it as affordable as possible by ensuring that the students are paying for the education services they engaged, instead of the high fees that the other big schools are charging to sustain their facilities and amenities. |
12. Who are your programmes suitable for? |
1. Parents who want their child to study MOE syllabus while waiting for the AEIS results.2. Parents who want their child to study MOE/ Singapore syllabus.
3. Parents who prefer smaller group of study. 4. Parents who cannot afford to send them to an International School but wants to provide their child the primary education in Singapore. 5. Parents who intending to switch from online – based to an affordable physical school near to their residing place. 6. Parents who do not want to send their child to a long primary school programme which lasts the whole day. |
